80W_Spectrian
This Spectrian amplifier is a wellknown PCB that is aleady in use in a lot of places. It uses 3 Motorola XRF286 transistors, 1 driver, 2 parallel in the output stage. Power-supply is 26V and at full output this PCB draws around 17 Ampere.
The 10-p pin-header can be used to anable the BIAS-voltage to the 3 transistors. Also a temperare-sensor output is available.
Here are some pictures, taken from another amplifier. I am still in the process of completing a dedicated aluminium box n which this PCB can be placed.

Input stage of the 80W, 2320MHz amplifier that must replace the single stage BLF2047.

Output stage of the amplifier. Two XRF286 transistors will do the job.
